listCustomerUsualItems

Returns a list containing the items usually ordered by the given customer account, along with the snapshot of the last sale and the statistics aggregated over the rolling window.

By default only the visible items are returned, that is items for which all the following conditions apply:

  • expireDate is not valued or is not passed;
  • the current date is between visibleFromDate and visibleToDate, when they are valued;
  • hiddenUntilDate is not valued or is passed.

visibleFromDate, visibleToDate and hiddenUntilDate are not valued by the process that populates the customer usual items: they come from business or ERP configuration and from user actions. The visibility rules above are therefore applied only on the dates that are actually valued, and an item with none of them valued is always visible as long as it is not expired.

The list is sorted by lastDocDate descending when the sort parameter is not provided. Sorting is also supported on rollingOrderCount and rollingTotalQty.

To access the service you need at least one of the following permissions:
